Tommy Dake is the Founder of Dake Companies and oversees every stage of the development process; from initial site selection through tenant delivery and grand opening. With more than 15 years of experience in commercial real estate, Tommy brings a unique perspective shaped by his background as a Tenant Representative, giving him a deep understanding of retailers’ priorities and challenges. He holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Outside of work, Tommy enjoys spending time with his wife, Casey, and their daughter, Penelope.

Casey Dake is an entrepreneur and operator with a passion for building businesses that create value for property owners, tenants, and communities. As the founder of The Bin Trash Spa, a specialty property services company, and co-founder of Dake Companies, a commercial real estate development firm, she brings both an operator’s mindset and an investor’s perspective to her work. Before launching her companies, she spent over a decade with MGM Resorts International, where she held leadership roles in human resources, labor and employee relations, strategic initiatives, and change management. That experience taught her how to navigate complex organizations, build high-performing teams, and deliver sustainable results across diverse stakeholder groups.

Outside of the office, Casey is a mom to an undeniably amazing daughter, Penelope, who loves ballet, cheerleading, and horseback riding.  She and Tommy met with she was just 16!  They share three pets; a rescue kitty named Hugo, and two Golden Retrievers, Wylder and Willow. Life is full, and Casey is proud of what her little family has accomplished together.
